Dr. Emilio Del Río Pacheco is a Mexican attorney with an exceptional career that brings together advanced academic specialization, top-tier institutional experience, and a professional practice focused on strategic advisory, the legal structuring of businesses, and guidance on complex decisions in corporate and regulatory environments.
She currently serves as Managing Partner of Hunterman, where he leads strategic consulting, legal valuation, and institutional support for complex business projects,integrating legal, economic, and regulatory criteria. He is also Public Broker (Corredor Público) Number 4 of the Campeche DistrictPresident of the Association of Public Brokers of that same district, and National Counselor of the National Association of Public Brokers, where he has participated in formalizing commercial acts, asset valuations, and high-level corporate structuring. In dispute resolution, he is an International Arbitrator certified by the Business Arbitration Center (CAE) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), as well as a certified Mediator before the Superior Courts of Justice of Nuevo León, Jalisco, and Yucatán.
He holds a PhD in Constitutional Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, where he earned cum laude distinction. His training also includes master's degrees in tax law and valuation, studies in Senior Business Management at IPADE, the Advanced Course in Arbitration from the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid, and various specializations in alternative dispute resolution methods, competition law, environmental law, and human rights.
In parallel, he is the founder of Notarionetan electronic signature and document validation platform aimed at modernizing legal processes and facilitating the remote formalization of legal acts under standards of security, traceability, and regulatory compliance. Through this project, he has promoted the adoption of technology tools in legal practice, integrating his experience in public faith and legal structuring with more efficient and accessible models.
He is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE) and has collaborated as a consultant for the World Bank and the World Justice Project, contributing to analyses on the business climate, regulatory quality, and institutional design. His career includes experience in the Judicial Branch, the Ministry of the Interior, and Congress, which gives him a deep understanding of how the State and the regulatory environment operate—knowledge he now applies to structuring and supporting business and investment projects.

She has extensive experience in corporate and business law, fiduciary services, intellectual property, and real estate transactions, as well as in strategic consulting and brokerage law. She supports her clients through negotiation, structuring, and closing of business transactions, taking part directly in the legal design of projects and in the implementation of legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
She currently serves as Partner at the Hunterman legal firm, Partner and General Director of Lionward, a financial institution pecialized in fiduciary services, and Attorney at Public Brokerage 4 of the State of Campeche. Since 2025, she has been authorized by the Ministry of Economy as a candidate Public Broker. Her professional career includes experience at the international firm Greenberg Traurig in Mexico City, direct participation in the legal team of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and her practice at Public Brokerage 13 of Mexico City.
Her academic background includes studies at highly prestigious national and international institutions. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Valuation, strengthening her work in structuring transactions with accounting, tax, and corporate impact. Her training is complemented by the Advanced Course in Arbitration from the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid, a Diploma in Real Estate Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, and an academic residency at the Complutense University of Madrid focused on International Business Law and Technology Law. She is currently completing an academic residency at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid to expand her university training and strengthen her legal preparation with an international perspective, with the goal of fully reincorporating into the firm's professional practice and applying the knowledge gained to the projects she takes part in. She has full professional proficiency in English.
